Dear Families,

Please note that this Wednesday, December 5th, is an early release day, with dismissal at 12:30pm.

This Monday, December 3rd, is Dress Like a Book Character Day!  We’re looking forward to seeing our scholars in costume to celebrate the start of Book Fair week at the school.  Make sure to remind them to stop by the library for a photo and to enter the raffle for a chance to win a free book of their choice from the fair.

We also hope everyone can join us at the Books and Cookies Pajama Party this Thursday, December 6th, from 5-8pm!  And stop by the book fair in the library any time Monday through Thursday to check out our teachers’ wish lists for their classroom libraries, and to shop to support our school.

If you can’t make it to the book fair, there is also an online shopping option where 50% of the proceeds go to our school library: tinyurl.com/LEOnlineBookFair.  And we encourage you to check out the PTO’s online spirit wear store as well, for lots of great options for holiday gifts and showing school spirit.
